have had some strange games, and some strange things. I have even profiled some of them within these hallowed pages. I worked a Midget AAA game with two officials, three officials, and then with two officials (late partner, arrival of partner, partner with broken arm). I dealt with a line brawl that culminated with the arrival of both the police and the ambulance. However neither of those can top the overall strangeness of working in a tent.

Hockey on the Palouse

The Palouse is not really known for hockey. It is not really known for much of anything. Some of you might remember it as "the place where Mike Price lived before he scored those strippers in Florida," but very few of you remember it as a burgeoning hockey paradise.
