What was fascinating was just how wrong one column could be.

It was wrong in fact (one thing I can't abide ... but that's an entirely different rant), and it was so wrongheaded as to seem painful.

This particular sports reporter — let's call him Al, because that's his name — seems to think the BCHL has changed its rule and is allowing players to take off their helmets before they fight.

This, says Al, is a good thing.
